How is pricing determined?

AudiVault pricing is based on the number of patients in your system and the number of user accounts you need. We offer flexible plans to fit organizations of all sizes, from small clinics to large enterprise healthcare systems.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. Our team will help you set up your account and import any existing data.

Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and can set up invoicing for annual enterprise contracts. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Is there a contract or commitment?

Monthly plans have no long-term commitment — you can cancel anytime. We also offer annual plans with a discount. Enterprise contracts are customized based on your needs.
